Information We Collect & How It Is Used
- Account Registration & Member Portal:For users who register on our website or access our gated training portal, we store the personal information provided in their user profile (e.g., name, email address, and role). All registered users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
- Comments & Inquiry Forms:When visitors leave comments or submit forms on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, alongside the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with automated spam detection. An anonymized hash created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check for an associated profile picture (see the Gravatar Privacy Policy).
- Media Uploads:If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from publicly accessible images.
